Day Two of Eating, Drinking and Trying to Get Skinny

Well, I survived day one of my new diet program and it wasn’t so bad, thanks in part to still being full from my previous evening of indulgence. For my first day of Take Shape for Life,  I consumed five Medifast meals before dinner: a banana shake, a lemon meringue bar, mac n’ cheese, honey mustard pretzel sticks and a cranberry-mango drink.
