Kourtney Kardashian stops Scott Disick's marriage plans
Kourtney Kardashian put a stop to boyfriend Scott Disick’s plans to propose in the season finale of the family’s reality show. The sisters had been refusing to comment on rumours the couple had got engaged before the airing of the episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York. It showed Kim helping Disick find a diamond ring for Kourtney. But what began as a search for an anniversary gift turned into shopping for an engagement ring as Disick suddenly felt inclined to propose. “I’m sitting here, I’m 27 years old, I have a son that’s almost one year old and I’m going to buy earrings and a necklace one more time,” he tells Kim. “I feel like at this point in my life, why don’t I just buy an engagement ring?” However, when he later reveals his intentions to Kourtney, she replies: “Things are so good now. We have finally come to this place, why would we want to change that? Why mess it up? I just feel like right now I’m perfectly happy where we are.” Later, Disick tells the camera he is “devastated”, adding: “Now I have to reassess all of my thoughts for the future with her.”

Daisy Lowe 'really proud' of curves
Daisy Lowe has revealed she is "really proud" of her curves. The model has just launched a swimwear range and said she likes to see "real characters" with womanly curves being celebrated in the industry. She told the Mail on Sunday: "I'm really proud of being the poster girl for curves, I'm proud of my shape. I think that what I'm aiming for is the return of the supermodel. We need to have real characters that women can relate to and look up to. Look at Lily Cole, she is so curvy, and Rosie [Huntington-Whiteley] is curvy too... I mean, she's tiny but she's just so sexy. I don't think women love really thin models.”

Cheryl Cole lands X-Factor job?

Cheryl Cole lands X-Factor job?
Cheryl Cole is reportedly "double chuffed" after landing a job on the US X-Factor. According to The People newspaper, the show’s boss Simon Cowell has finally won his battle to have her as a judge on the show, despite her lack of fame in the US. TV execs were said to have been worried that no one would know who she is, but according to the newspaper, those worries were silenced when fans started flocking to the auditions. A source said: “Doubts over Cheryl’s profile seem to have been dismissed by the reaction to her from people turning up. Fox TV bigwigs dropped many of their objections to her having a judging slot. If she can win over fans so early in her American adventure, she can become a household name when the series starts.” It is thought she will be offered a £1.1 million contract later this month, and a source close to Cowell said: “Even though she is still relatively unknown, Simon told Fox TV executives that Cheryl will prove an instant success with viewers when the series begins. He believes Cheryl has that rare ability to connect with viewers that few others have.”
